Jacob Chong is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), and construction claims and dispute resolution specialist with more than 20 years of experience across the building, infrastructure, marine, oil & gas, power plant and petrochemical sectors.
Backed by dual academic foundations in Construction Management & Economics and Law (LLB), he combines technical, commercial and legal insight in the management and resolution of complex construction disputes.
He is empanelled by the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) as Arbitrator, Adjudicator (CIPAA) and Mediator.
